Hall of Fame / Museum of the State Railway Department
of Thailand is located at Kamphaengphet Rd., near
Chatuchak week-end market. Old steam locomotives,
passenger cars, and many others are collected here.
The tram-car pulled by horses was first used
in Thailand in 1887. The electric tram-car began
operation in 1892. This tram-car was built in
1892, so it may be the first or one of the first
electric tram-car in Thailand.
