The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, they gave us a free upgrade. The location in chinatown is ideal and buzzing. we also used they travel tours and book flights and the staff was very helpful. The only BUT we would have was the swimming pool which is very small (photos are decieving), its the size of a large bath really. We didnt have much time to spend at the pool so it didnt affect us but if thats one of the reason you are booking this hotel you may want to check elsewhere. Food was really good and the panoramic restaurant a lovely treat. Security staff and porters were very helpful.Thank you, the hotel was good! Very good staf and location. Have a nice day! wonderful hotel, grate location in Chinatown. very helpful stuff, room nice and clean. very good breakfast. will return for sure good hotel good service
